In order to ensure the quality of the data in accordance with ISO25012, the data are updated with a delay of 15-35 days, covering 87% of the total trades.
Real Market Value data are available as of 1 January 2019.
The parameters for making a request depend on the endpoint chosen.
For the Real Market Value endpoint (/IT-rmv) the parameters for completing the request are:
- type of property (residential or non-residential property or appurtenant)
- address or latitude/longitude
- Price min./max
- Month/year from... to…
- Cadastral Code
Only the first two are compulsory parameters, price, period and cadastral category are optional and provide a more relevant result
For the two Square Meter Value endpoints (IT-sqm_value_start and IT-sqm_value_advanced) the parameters are:
- address
- property type
- type of contract (sale/rent)

Real Market Value returns a list of 10 deeds of sale and purchase with information such as price, stipulation date, category, OMI zone, total and partial commercial surface area of the individual elements that make up the deed.
Square Meter Value Start returns the minimum, maximum, average value per sqm plus information about the property and the area. Information is available for both sale and rental.
Square Meter Value Advanced returns - like Start - the minimum value, maximum, average value per square metre plus information on the property and zone, but in addition it offers more data on the property zone and information on zone market trends and demographic data.
Again, information is available for both sale and rent.
The cost of a single request starts at 2,00€.
An annual subscription is also available, which saves on the cost of a single call, with a starting cost of 0,04€.
