Legalmail CEM for sending communications and documents securely and with full legal value
On Openapi you can activate, renew, extend your InfoCert Legalmail and Digital Domicile mailbox space
PEC allows you to check availability and activate new InfoCert Legalmail PEC boxes (from 2 to 18 GB) or, exclusively, the domiciliodigitale.com box in order to send communications and official documents. All with a high level of security and with the same legal value as registered mail.
Also via CEM you can activate some options to already existing Legalmail mailboxes, such as, CEM Certified Domains, CEM Mailbox Upgrade, regulation-compliant storage and internal and external domain customisation.
All Legalmail CEM boxes have various features, e.g. sending and receiving B2B and B2C electronic invoices via SdI, high-performance antivirus and antispam.
For Bronze, Silver and Gold CEM, you can also:
- obtain customisable mail domains
- activate the Standard Retention Service on request
- immediately identify incoming CEM messages that have passive invoices attached (thus distinguishing them from other incoming messages)
- display electronic invoices in a readable format
- automatically sort messages and attached e-invoices into a specific folder
- avoid the risk of incoming invoices being overlooked or perceived as spam or viruses
Services are also available to renew, upgrade (increase box space or security archive), activate regulation-compliant storage and check the availability of the CEM address.
